Yoga with Amanda called “Give yourself time to breathe"
"Amanda trained with the Scottish Yoga Teachers Association, now called Yoga Scotland and has over 20 years of teaching experience.
Her teaching style is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa. Students are offered guidance throughout the session, with demonstrations and explanations given to help keep you safe. At the end of the class there is always time for relaxation.
She teaches with a sense of creativity, humour and sensitivity and believes that Yoga is for everyone. So come and give it a go."
