On Sunday 1st August there is a rare opportunity to visit the private Blagdon Estate gardens as they are opening for the day aid of HospiceCare. Blagdon Estate is a privately owned, rural property covering 13 square miles in south-east Northumberland. The stunning gardens offer a range of unique features for you to enjoy including the lake, kitchen garden, canal, statues, quarry garden, the white bridge and stepping stones, boat house, chapel and much more. There is so much to see and do at this garden. The gardens are open from 1pm - 5pm and refreshmetns are available. The entry fee is £3.00.
